Saturday, July 22, 9:00-4:30 PM, The Urban Refuge. We encourage you to join us as we walk together on our Journey to Harmony. This one-day workshop is designed to build unity and move us closer to Kingdom-centered harmony in the church. We'll explore God's desire for harmony, how it gets distorted and damaged, and how we can demonstrate hope for the future. Through honest and compassionate conversation, we'll learn to better hear, understand, and love one another as a growing multi-ethnic community of believers. Lunch is included. RSVP to email@example.com.
As construction is underway in the Fireside Room, there are a number of additional small and large projects that volunteers from the church will be undertaking soon. These range from painting to carpentry and beyond. We’re looking for help from both skilled and unskilled workers who could volunteer time and expertise to complete these projects. Timeframe is in the next few months. We can be flexible to your schedule as we are looking overall at some days, nights and weekends. Right now, we are gathering names of those who are willing to help “build the church.” If interested, please send your name, area of expertise or way you want to help, and phone number to Shelly Bartle at firstname.lastname@example.org or text at 612-770-4126. Example: Shelly Bartle, can paint, do clean-up, haul garbage, "unskilled."

Scripture tells us that God has given each one of us a spiritual gift unique to the needs within His church body. Thus, if He has led you here, then He has given you a gift to use in support of His work here. With that confidence, join us in bringing praise to Him by making a difference in our community and within our church family. Pick up an Engage brochure from the Welcome Table or view the info HERE and find a ministry that interests you and contact one of the leaders. We’d love it if you were to join us.
