Thank you for your interest in Mission to the City.
It is people like you that are making a difference in bringing the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to those that so desperately need it. If you are ready to join us for one of our weeks serving the Minneapolis area, begin by downloading and completing the appropriate application.

Upon acceptance of your application, you may need to download one of these additional packets.
- Support Forms (raising funds for your trip)
- Child/Youth Worker (only for those working with kids)
Mission Application Funds Deadline
The application deadline for each trip is one month prior to the trip dates. The funds deadline is two weeks prior to the trip date.
NOTE: In order to meet the deadline, your application and funds must be postmarked by the dates below.
