Men’s Ministry
There is a tendency in our society for men to isolate themselves and become “rugged individualists.” At The Urban Refuge we we believe that men need to establish strong, godly relationships with other men. Our Men’s Ministry provides such an opportunity by focusing on what it takes to be a man who is growing spiritually and making a difference in our world.
Topics addressed include purity, spiritual leadership and passing the torch to the next generation. Events are for all men—students, singles, married and their guests. Men's events are scheduled periodically throughout the year.
Dad's Workshop
Grow in your faith and connect with other men at The Urban Refuge by participating in, Dad's Workshop. We meet the second Saturday of the mouth from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. Check the announcements for the next meeting and other special men’s events. Contact Andy Gray for more information.

Our culture often portrays Dads as self-centered limp noodles that can fix the kitchen sink, but are impotent in their ability to lead their family. But what does God say? Doesn't he call fathers to so much more? Absolutely! Dads, join speaker Steve Nelson to get reenergized and aligned with what God truly has for us as dads. Optional lunch w/ Q&A afterwards.
